To provide community assistance and re-development that progressively improves the standard of living for low-to moderate income families, youth and the elderly of Northeast Houston.

     Affordable Housing

• Accessibility of single-family housing for low-to-moderate income families who live within service area.

     Early Childhood Development Program

• An educational experience in a nurturing and positive environment
• Comprehensive STEAM curriculum that introduces early reading skills, development of fine and gross motor skills, and recreational activities

     After School & Summer Camp Program

• Provides after school transportation to elementary aged students
• Homework assistance, tutoring by trained educators and STAR test preparation
• Recreational activities, cultural studies and field trips
• Mentoring opportunities available
